Monroe Porter is president of PROOF Management Consultants, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia.
Monroe has worked with PROOF Management since 1976. Starting at age 23 and working his way through the company, he has developed into one of the construction industry's premier consultants, facilitators and speakers. Monroe has literally lived, breathed and taught contractor business skills throughout his career. He has conducted over 1500 workshops in the United States, Canada, the UK, New Zealand, Australia and even China.
